Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the date received. All return requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon approval, merchandise can be shipped back at the buyer's expense with provided RA# within 5 days of approval.
- All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.
- There is a 25% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging.
- There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all items returned without an RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, and items returned past the 5 day grace period.
- We will not accept any items being returned after 14 days from the date received.
- For full store credit, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.
- For non-damaged goods, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for the merchandise.
- All goods should be inspected as soon as the package is received.
- Damaged items must be reported within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise in writing through email stating the reasons of return.
- Please email email@example.com with details regarding the damage, including the reason for the return and an image of the damage/defect. We will issue a call tag to return the merchandise to our facility.
